SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Last updated: June 22, 2026

These SMS / Text Messaging Terms (the “SMS Terms”) describe the text-message program operated through Reply Desk, the business-to-business platform at desk.replyline.io operated by WickScout Finance LLC (“Reply Desk,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Reply Desk sends text messages on behalf of the businesses that use the Service (each, a “Customer”) to the Customer's own clients, end-customers, and other recipients (each, a “recipient” or “you”). These SMS Terms supplement, and do not replace, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

If you are receiving text messages from a business that uses Reply Desk, you are receiving them because you did business with, or requested service from, that business. Reply Desk is the technology provider that delivers those messages; the business is the sender and is responsible for the relationship with you.

1. Program Description

The Reply Desk SMS program is a transactional (non-marketing) messaging program. Messages relate to a specific service request, job, ticket, or appointment between you and the Customer you do business with. Depending on how that Customer configures the Service, messages may include:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders — confirming a scheduled visit, time window, or follow-up, and reminding you before it occurs.
  • “On my way” / arrival notices — letting you know that a technician has been dispatched, is en route, or has arrived.
  • Ticket and job status updates — updates on the progress, completion, or rescheduling of your request, and requests for information needed to complete the work.
  • Optional payment links — where the Customer uses invoicing and payments, a secure link to view an invoice or complete a payment for the work performed.

This program does not send promotional or marketing text messages. We do not use this program to advertise products or services to you.

2. Consent

The Customer that sends you messages through Reply Desk is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining the legal consent required to text you, and for compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all other applicable laws and carrier requirements. You receive messages because you provided your mobile number to, or have an existing business relationship with, that Customer in connection with the service you requested.

Reply Desk acts as a service provider that transmits messages on the Customer's instructions. We do not independently solicit your consent and we do not control the contents, timing, or audience of the Customer's messages beyond providing the platform. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. If you did not authorize a Customer to text you, please contact that Customer directly, and you may also opt out using the instructions below.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your activity with the Customer — for example, the number of open tickets, scheduled appointments, and jobs in progress. Because messages are tied to real service events, you will generally receive messages only when there is relevant activity on your request (such as a confirmation, a reminder, an arrival notice, a status change, or an invoice).

4. Cost

Reply Desk and the Customer do not charge you to receive these messages. However, message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier, depending on your plan. You are responsible for any such charges. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging and data plan.

5. Opt-Out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message you receive. We also honor QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, and END as opt-out keywords.

After you send an opt-out keyword, we will send you a final confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from that Customer through Reply Desk. If you want to rejoin, sign up again with the Customer as you did originally, or contact the Customer directly. Note that opting out of texts may mean you stop receiving useful service notifications such as appointment reminders and arrival notices.

6. Help (HELP)

If you are experiencing problems or want more information about the messaging program, reply HELP to any message. You will receive a reply with support information. You may also reach us at wickscoutio@gmail.com, or contact the Customer that sent you the message for questions about your specific service request.

7. Supported Carriers & Carrier Liability

The program is generally compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers, including (but not limited to) AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and many regional and prepaid carriers. Carrier support and message deliverability may change over time and are outside of our control.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays, failures in delivery, or errors in messages that result from carrier conditions, your handset or settings, network availability, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

8. Privacy

Your mobile number and the contents of these messages are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The personal data within service messages belongs to the Customer, who acts as the controller of that data; Reply Desk processes it on the Customer's behalf solely to provide the messaging and related Service.

We do not sell your mobile phone number or message contents. Mobile information is not shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We share data only with our sub-processors (such as our messaging carrier and infrastructure providers) as needed to deliver the messages, and as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the program, our practices, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued participation in the program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.
